RELEX X-Ray

The RELEX X-Ray analysis project has been created for companies that are interested in developing inventory replenishment or forecasting, but lack information on the attainable benefits and required investments. Based on data collected from the customer’s own IT system, the RELEX X-Ray project establishes what performance and financial benefits are available to the customer through replenishment or forecasting development and what the investments needed to attain these benefits are.

The main results of the RELEX X-Ray analysis project are: 1) An accurate and reliable picture of the customer’s current process and its performance, 2) An accurate and reliable estimate of the attainable financial benefits of process development, 3) Clear and concrete development suggestions; a list of products or situations in which performance suffers as well as suggested solutions to these problems, information on control models and parameters that provide the best results for each individual item and location, as well as an accurate and reliable presentation of different development paths available to the customer.
